Please collect your registration/entry card from main venue during the program between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Delegates must be over 18 years as on 8 January 2027.
  • Entry will be on a first come first serve basis. (for all film shows)
  • Photography and Videography will not be allowed inside the Auditorium.

Refunds:

  • There will be no refunds for withdrawals after 15th December, 2026.
  • The funds will be transferred whenever possible.

  • The payment cannot be transferred to another company/person.

The Climate

The climate in January start is very pleasant with mild winters and bright sunshine. The nights are very cold and days are soothingly cold. The delegates are advised to carry warm clothes for day and night.
